Our number one priority is your complete shopping satisfaction. If you're not satisfied let us know and we will do our best to meet your satisfaction. We do our best to offer you clear and detailed color photos of all our products as well as give detailed descriptions of our products and therefore we feel that you (the customer) know exactly what you are purchasing and are not mislead in any way and thus that is the only reason you cannot return an item simply because of the "Don't Like It" reason. Please save yourself and us time and money by researching the items and being sure you want the item(s) before ordering. If any item you order from us is damaged during shipping or is the wrong item received, simply email or call us for return instructions and a Return Authorization Number (RA#). We will do our best to fix any problems. Always be sure to examine your package for any signs of damage or tampering before accepting or signing for or accepting it. We try to inspect all items before they ship to prevent the shipment of defective items. In such a case of any of our products may be replaced for the following reasons and are separate from the previous policy: (Some swords and weapon handles may become loose because of specific construction and are non-returnable as they can be tightened. These are items that can be disassembled will be noted in the descriptions. If you can not tighten the handle to the point the blade or handle doesn't move, please contact us for a RA# for repair work or an exchange within the 30 days upon receipt of your order). (slight paint chips or blemishes are not part of the guarantee but are still part of the initial inspection before shipment to our customers). (This pertains mainly to suspicious reasons and/or used merchandise). If the original packageing or certificat is missing or there are any used / misused items inside, the package may be returned to sender or the customer will be contacted with the option of either taking the package back or paying up to 20% refurbish charge, minus any replacment or repair costs. The customer will be contacted via email and by telephone and have 5 business days to respond. All returns should be shipped with full insurance coverage and a signature confirmation to ensure your return is received intact. Little Star Enterprises, Inc. is not responsible for any lost or damaged packages in transit. (Any item canceled after the order is processed but before it is shipped a 7% service charge will be impossed, but shipping and handling fees will be refunded). When placing an order, you the customer signifies agreement to all of these Terms & Policies.
